If you read my post last Friday you know that healthy eating is on my agenda for 2015. The problem with healthy food is that is has a reputation of being boring and bland. I mean who wants to eat a bowl of flavorless leaves when you can have pizza instead, am I right? They key is to find balance between flavor and healthy satisfying foods so it can keep us on track and make us not feel deprived.
