2014 Style Resolutions

Last year I started a new tradition by giving myself style resolutions on top of my regular resolutions. It seemed silly at first, but it really did work. From finding the perfect red lip, to finding the perfect occasion to rock a tutu - I achieved them all! So since last year was such a success, I'm continuing my fashion goals by writing down what I want to accomplish this year.

1. Find The Perfect Jeans For My Body Type - This may seem like a no-brainer, but finding the perfect jeans when your curvy and short is close to impossible! I had a favorite pair that recently gave out on me, so now I'm left trying to replace my beloved denim. The store I bought them in closed, so if you have any suggestions - I'm all ears!

2. Out With The Old, In With The New - It's been a minute since I've streamlined my closet. So this year I'm tossing out what needs to go, and donating what I'm not using anymore once and for all!

3. Buy More Investment Pieces - I find as I'm get older it's more important to buy high quality pieces. Buying trendy pieces that are here today, and gone tomorrow, worked fine in my 20's. But now that I'm in the 30's, I want to invest in pieces that will last me a lifetime.

4. Make A Statement - Simplicity has always been my approach to jewelry. I like delicate, understated pieces. But I've always been jealous of people who can pull off a fantastic statement pieces. So this year I vow to be more adventurous when it comes to my jewelry.

What are your style resolutions this year?

  9. I have four black bags ready to donate. My resolution is to keep the "stuff" that fits me and off to the not so "fit" me stuff. These includes shoes, bohooo! I lose weight last year and I did not know your feet also gets thin when you lose weight so instead of having a 7 or 7 1/2 shoe size I am back to 6", now this sets my new years resolution to get some shoes that fits and is trendy ^_^.

Thanks for the visit Jenny start to follow you...^_^
