Organix Moroccan Argan Oil Collection: A Moroccan Adventure For Your Hair!

You must have heard by now the wonders of Moroccan Argan oil, right? Everyone one raves about it and celebrity stylists swear by it. The only problem is that it's crazy expensive! That's where Organix comes in ladies.

Organix is an affordable salon-inspired hair care line that not only contains organic ingredients but is also conveniently found in your local retailers such as Target, Walgreens, CVS, and Walmart.

What It Does:

Their Renewing Moroccan Argan Oil Collection consists of a Shampoo, Conditioner, Renewing Treatment & Penetrating Oil, and has a precious blend of Moroccan Argan Oil which instantly penetrates the hair shaft restoring shine and softness while strengthening. Derived from the southwest region of Morocco, argan oil protects from styling heat and UV damage while creating soft, seductive, silky perfection for all hair types.

My Thoughts:
The Organix Renewing Moroccan Argan oil shampoo and conditioner works good, not great. I love the smell of both, (it smells wonderfully exotic and what you would expect from something that has Moroccan in the title) but like most organic products, when you come out of the shower it doesn't leave your hair feeling super moisturized like I'm used to. The hair isn't super dry or anything, but I definitely wish it could retain more moisture.

The saving grace in this collection is the Penetrating Oil. This little bottle works ah-mazing! You put it on damp or towel dried hair to fight off fizz and moisturize your brittle hair. The serum is not too thick and leaves your hair silky smooth, not greasy which is great. And of course like the rest of the collection, the penetrating oil smells incredible.

I must say that the overall result after styling my hair and using the shampoo/conditioner/and penetrating oil was fan-tastic! (A lot better than I thought it was going to be.) My hair felt incredibly soft despite not feeling very moisturized after stepping out the shower, and my hair smelled and looked great all day! (You can't argue with that, right?!) Because of this I say the pros far out weigh the cons on this one.
