Bob Evan's: Fit From The Farm. {Review}

The key to a healthy lifestyle starts with healthy habits, and Bob Evans is making it easier for us to go out and enjoy a meal out with the family and still maintain our fitness goals with their new Fit from the Farm menu.

Bob Evans was kind enough to send me to try their new menu, which I was super giddy about because if you've been reading my blog for a while, you know how much I love me some Bob Evan's! :)

If you're unfamiliar with them, they're a home-style food restaurant and bakery. As soon as you walk in, you're not only welcomed by friendly faces but by the aroma of their delicious treats such as freshly baked dinner rolls, and banana bread. Not exactly what you think of when you think of healthy eating, but their Fit from the Farm menu is full of nutritious options for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

We opted for dinner so I chose the marinated Grilled Chicken Breast served with a baked potato and broccoli. It was absolutely delicious. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the potato and broccoli was just what I needed to feel full. Plus it was only 403 calories! I will say that their dinner menu only has 3 choices to choose from. Two of them are fish, which I don't eat, but their breakfast and lunch menu had much more variety.
