Fun {Exhausting} Halloween Weekend.

What a fun and exhausting Halloween weekend we had! (I took a ton of pictures and rather than have a load of pictures posted here I compiled them into a slideshow below.)

OK well, It started off on Friday-- My daughter had her classroom party, fall festival, and costume parade at her school. She was a little candy corn witch, which she was super excited about because she picked the costume all on her own this year!

After a quick lunch at home we were off to see the Yo Gabba Gabba live show!! Remember I talked about it a few weeks back? Well, the time finally came and my daughter L-O-V-E-D it! It was so much fun and full of energy. Arianna was literally up dancing all through the show. The music was loud, the kids were screaming--it was like a little mini rock show! At one point Biz Markie came out and I think my husband screamed louder than some of the kids. LOL. After a little bit of fun with the kiddies he got the parents to starting singing along to "Just a friend"..Ohhh Baby Yooou, You got what I neeeeed..Haha. Who doesn't like that song??! :)

After the show we ended taking a late dinner and headed home. On Saturday we were supposed to hit up another local Halloween event but decided to opt out of it since we were still a little exhausted from the night before and decided to go get some pancakes instead and later hubby and I had a little horror movie marathon at home.

On Sunday my daughter was super excited to go trick or treating around the neighborhood and was waiting patiently for that darn sun to go down! haha. She got a ton of candies--which most she will be giving away to Operation Shoebox. It's a tradition that we got her doing every year, where she donates her candy to our troops overseas along with a card thanking them for their service. We'll be taking her to do that after school today.

So what did you end up doing this weekend? I would love to hear about it!!
